Tshrtx Return Policy

At Tshrtx, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please read our return policy below:

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If the issue is deemed our fault, we will cover the cost of a replacement.

How to Report a Problem

  • If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a problem report through our website or contact our customer service team.

Return Address

  • The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. You will receive an automated email notification when a returned shipment is received.

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If an address other than the Printful facility is used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.

Wrong Address

  • If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

  • Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs, which you will be liable for.

Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not accept returns for sealed goods, such as face masks, for health or hygiene reasons.

Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. If you wish to offer returns or size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.

EU Consumers

  • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

    1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

    2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
